Unconfirmed reports are doing the rounds that Bollywood's Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan, who is Aditya Chopra's favourite leading actor, will not be a part of his next directorial venture. It is Ranveer Singh who will step into SRK's shoes. The leading lady is yet to be decided.

A vernacular newspaper report says that Aditya has consciously decided not to cast Shah Rukh Khan.

Aditya is handling the home banner Yash Raj Productions after his father Yash Chopra's death. He has made some memorable movies with SRK namely Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabattein and lastly Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.

While it would have been good to see the hit jodi of actor and director to work together, we think Aditya wants to be experimental and give newcomers a chance too.
