Both Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif were recently spotted at a private bash hosted by Kiran Rao

While Aamir Khan is holidaying in Europe, wife Kiran Rao, who is currently in Mumbai, is also in a mood to unwind.

The filmmaker has been making the most of her free time by having friends over. On Thursday night, a few of Kiran's close friends attended a quiet get-together at her Pali Hill residence.


A source says, `Five of Kiran's close friends came over for dinner on Thursday night. This was a small get-together and people started coming in at around 9pm.


Katrina Kaif walked in first and was followed by Ayan Mukherji, Karan Johar and Ranbir Kapoor. In fact, Ranbir and Karan came together and Ayan Mukherji had Aarti Shetty for company.`


The source adds that Katrina was the first to leave the party at around 1:20am, while Ayan and Aarti left in the latter's car. However, another source says that this was a low-key affair. `Aamir is not in town, so there was no big party. It was an impromptu gathering where they just met up and had dinner,` says the source.
