The 48-year-old, who is married to director-producer Shirish Kunder, is mother of triplets -- daughters Anya and Diva and son Czar.
"So my daughter Diva pays me a compliment (I think) 'Mumma you are so nice and chubby' Hey bhagvaan! (Oh god!)," Farah posted on microblogging website Twitter Sunday.
Farah is currently busy shooting for "Happy New Year", which features Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood, Abhishek Bachchan and Vivaan Shah. The movie releases Oct 23.
