The actor, 29, said that a boy should take care of a girl's every need when he is in a relationship with her. "The main key to know whether a girl likes you or not is her smile. If she passes smile then it means she likes you. In a relationship a guy must take care of his girl's need.
"He should know her likes and dislikes. After managing all these aspects, he should check how strict the girl's brother is and then comes the rest of the family," said Sidharth, who was in the Capital with co-star Parineeti Chopra to promote their upcoming film. Echoing Sidharth, Parineeti said that a girl's smile is the green signal in a relationship. "It's true that if a girl is passing smile to a boy that means there is some chance and a guy can try his luck. In our film such situation happens with Sidharth," she said.
Sidharth, who once dated a South African model but is currently single, said he wrote poems to impress his girlfriend.
"I am a firm believer in love. But I haven't had done anything grand to express my love. I once wrote a poem for her and made a card too. I made her walk on a path covered with rose petals," said the 'Student of the Year' star without divulging the girl's name. 'Hasee Toh Phasee' to hit theatres on February 7.
