'We Aren't Suing Abhay At All,' Says Viacom 18's CEO

Reacting sharply to a screaming headline on Sunday in a widely-read daily which claimed that Viacom 18 the producers of the new Abhay Deol starrer One By two were likely to initiate legal action against the young actor for the losses incurred due to Deol's firm stand against a music company's draconian contract, Ajit Andhare the COO of Viacom 18 says, `This is complete mis-information . No such action is being contemplated or initiated by us. No one spoke to us or cross-checked before writing this nonsense. We woke up astounded to see the article on Sunday morning.`

Viacom now intends to initiate legal action against the publication that wrote the unsubstantiated story.
