The actor is currently shooting for Karan Johar's production Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya.

He had to skip the film's shoot for a day to promote his upcoming film Main Tera Hero (directed by his father David Dhawan) in the reality show India's Got Talent.


The show has KJo as one of the judges. So in effect Varun had to seek KJo's permission to skip the shoot in order to be with him on the show. Tee hee.
