Filmmaker Tanuja Chandra has decided to re-schedule her ambitious project, "Runway", for next year.

According to Chandra, the decision has been taken in view of some complex war scenes in the film, which need detailed planning before the film can go on the floor.

"The subject of the film is very close to my heart and it's certainly happening but I want to organise myself thoroughly before I go ahead with it," Chandra said.

"Runway", which is based on the upheavals of the 1971 India-Pakistan war as witnessed by a woman, was last being planned for shoot in a vibrant village in Kutch. Chandra has signed Sushmita Sen and Jackie Shroff to play the principal roles in the film.

Her ongoing project "Hope and A Little Sugar" is well into its fifth month of post-production and Chandra has no problems with the amount of time being spent by the US-based producers in the post-production phase.
