Rekha, who returns to the big screen with Indra Kumar's upcoming film, 'Super Nani', will reshoot certain portions of the film. This schedule is slated to start on March 24 at Film City, Goregaon.
According to unit sources, the makers reviewed the film's rushes and didn't find them up to the mark. The film is said to feature several emotional scenes where the diva interacts with her family, and the director felt they needed more sparkle.
Says the source, `The makers want to make some scenes more appealing. Rekha is known to raise a film's emotional quotient, so they felt it was best to reshoot these scenes. There is lot at stake as the film revolves around her.`
Starring Randhir Kapoor, Sharman Joshi, Shweta Kumar and Rajesh Kumar, the film is set to release on May 1. The makers recently shot a song sequence in Dubai. Incidentally, Indra Kumar is known to reshoot scenes that do not match his expectations. For his last film, 'Grand Masti', he reshot the entire climax as he felt it was not funny enough.
