After his 1982 film 'Arth', Mahesh Bhatt's 1989 film 'Daddy' starring daughter Pooja Bhatt is being adapted into a play.

Theatre actor Imran Zahid will be playing Anupam Kher's role in the play while the search is on to find a girl who will play Pooja Bhatt's role.

Bhatt had confessed that he made 'Daddy' when he was struggling to fight with his alcohol addiction.
