Sameer (Aryan Vaid) and Devika (Preeti Jhangiani) are married to each other. Inspite of their middle class setting, they are happy in their lives with immense love for each other. Devika is a painter by profession.

During one of her exhibitions, she meets Vijay Oberoi (Sanjay Kapoor) an affluent businessman.

With time they become close friends and Vijay develops a crush for Devika but is unable to show his feelings because she is a married woman.

The third angle in this love story comes in the form of Monica (Suman Ranganathan), a famous model who loves Sameer since their college days.

Seeing the difficulty Sameer's faces in getting finance, she decides to talk to Vijay about it.

Taking advantage of the situation, Vijay suggests that he is happy to help Sameer, provided he lets his wife sleep with him.
