Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee have been nominated for the most amazing actor and actress of the Pogo Voice Awards, 2005 while their movie 'Bunty aur Babli' is in the race for the most amazing film award.

The awards will empower kids and give them an opportunity to voice their choice and decide their favourites among the nominees, a release issued here yesterday said.

The children will have to tune into Prime Pogo channel between 1800 and 2000 hrs to catch the nominees in each of the ten categories, the release said. Every week, nominees from two categories will be featured within Prime Pogo, giving the kids a chance to cast their votes on a weekly basis for five weeks in a row. As each set of a category would be aired only for a week, the children can register their choice for a particular category during the week of telecast.

Five lucky children, who exercise their choices through Pogo voice awards, will get a chance to personally present the award to their favourite star.

In the amazing actor category, apart from Abhishek, for 'Bunty aur Babli', the others in race include Shah Rukh Khan for 'Veer Zara', Amitabh Bachchan for 'Black', Akshay Kumar for 'Waqt' and Akshay Khanna for 'Hulchul'.

In the most amazing actress category, Rani Mukherjee has been nominated for 'Bunty aur Babli' and 'Black', Preity Zinta for 'Veer Zara', Priyanka Chopra for 'Waqt' and Ayesha Takia for 'Dil Maange More'.

The movies - 'Bunty aur Babli', 'Kaal', 'Hulchul', 'Black' and 'Veer Zara' have been nominated in the most amazing film category.

In the most amazing newcomer category, Sneha Ullal (for 'Lucky'), Gayatri Joshi ('Swades'), Isha Sharwani ('Kisna'), Abhay Deol ('Socha Na Tha') and Soha Ali Khan ('Dil Maange More') are in the race.

The songs titled - Kaal Dhamaal ('Kaal'), Dhadak Dhadak ('Bunty aur Babli'), Woh Lamhe ('Zeher'), Kajra re ('Bunty Aur Babli') and Let's play Holi ('Waqt') have been nominated in the most amazing song category.

In the most amazing singer category, Atif (for 'Woh Lamhe'), Alisha Chinai, Shankar Mahadevan and Javed Ali ('Kajra re'), Kunal Ganjawala ('Kaal Dhamaal'), Anu Malik and Sunidhi Chauhan ('Let's play Holi') and Udit Narayan, Sunidhi Chauhan and Nihira Joshi ('Dhadak Dhadak') have been nominated.

For the most amazing comedian, actors Arshad Warsi ('Hulchul'), Paresh Rawal ('Hulchul'), Boman Irani ('Waqt') and Rajpal Yadav ('Waqt') have been nominated.

In the most amazing sports hero category, the nominees are Irfan Pathan, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid (cricket), Sania Mirza (tennis) and Vishwanathan Anand (chess).

The most amazing toon nominees are Tom and Jerry, Pikachu, Richie Rich, Spiderman and The powerpuff girls. The most amazing pogo character or show nominees are Noddy, Oswald, Pingu, MAD and Thomas the tank engine.
