In today's political scenario, parties are always up to something or the other. The latest news on their antics is probably the most interesting one of all. It has been reported that two political parties recently approached the film production house Mukta Arts for rights to the song from Kaanchi, Hindustan Kahan Hai.

Their intentions were clear. They wanted to use that song to bring down another major national political party. How they plan to do it is still unclear, but they wanted to acquire all the rights for that particular song. With elections around the corner, parties have been trying every possible trick to prove that they are interested in the welfare of the country, and how the rival party isn't.

Sources close to Mukta Arts and the two political parties, who we do not wish to name, have refused to comment on the matter. However, it has been learnt that the production house has denied them the rights to the Kaanchi song. They would not want anyone to be maligned as a result of the song. The production house, also, has no interest in getting itself involved in any political battles. The song in question, Hindustan Kahan Hai, talks about the current situation of our country, and makes the listener wonder whether the path our country has taken on its way to progress is the right one.
