At a recent promotional event in Delhi for his film, Kaanchi, filmmaker Subhash Ghai walked in a good two hours late. But when asked by the media about the reason, Ghai seemed miffed.
A source says, `A couple of days ago, Subhashji, Kartik Tiwari and Mishti were supposed to drop in at this event and interact with the Delhi media. But they didn't reach the venue on time. The press conference finally started after the trio reached the place a good two hours later. What's more, media persons weren't even given a proper explanation about the delay. This prompted one of the journalists to ask Subhash Ghai the reason behind the same.`
The source adds that initially, Ghai replied that the delay was caused by Mishti taking time to get ready. `He then tried to change the topic. But when he was again asked about the delay, he got upset by their questioning. He told media persons to not interrupt him and he even looked angry during the photo session,` says the source.
Ghai replied, `I never get upset with media. It was our fault so I apologised.`
