Anupama plays Gautham's mother in the film, which is the Tamil remake of Telugu blockbuster "Ala Modalaindi".
"Gautham and I are part of this beautiful mother and son relationship. It was written, edited and emoted beautifully. Working with him was like a breeze because we hit it off from the very beginning. On sets, we became mother and son," Anupama told IANS.
"Both of us were so much into our roles that our behaviour and body language was in tandem with the characters. I guess somewhere we needed to be like that. Not just as characters, but even as two individuals we got along very well," she added.
She says one doesn't have to take efforts to bond with Gautham.
"It's very important that you bond well with your co-actors. Gautham is a sweetheart so bonding with him didn't require any special effort," she said.
Directed by debutant Ravi Thyagarajan, "Ennama Yedho" also features Nikesha Patel, Rakul Preet Singh and Prabhu in important roles.
