Anupam Kher celebrates three decades in filmdom and remembers his critically acclaimed film `Saaransh` with love.

`B.V. Pradhan (his character) of 'Saaransh'. My life changed. I complete 30 years in Indian Cinema today (Sunday). Happy birthday to me,` the National Award-winning actor posted on Twitter.

He also wrote that his life changed after acting in the Mahesh Bhatt's directorial venture.

`On May 25, 1984 a young man's life was to change for ever. A cult classic 'Saaransh' was to release,` he posted.

Anupam, who is married to actor-politician Kirron Kher, has been widely appreciated for his roles in films like `Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara`, `Khosla Ka Ghosla!`, `A Wednesday`, `Saudagar` and `Lamhe`.
