Bipasha Basu was conspicious by her absence at an event for her upcoming film Humshakals held at a suburban multiplex on Thursday.

As reported 'All is not well' (Hitlist, May 26), Bips feels she is not being given her due while the makers feel that she is unnecessarily creating issues.

Earlier Bips had skipped the film's promotions on the reality show Dance India Dance in which director Sajid Khan along with the film's female cast Tamannaah Bhatia and Esha Gupta was present.


Bips spokesperson had maintained that as she was busy with a brand shoot she was not available on that day for DID just like the male actors.
