Actress Jacqueline Fernandez who is shooting for 'Kick' with Salman Khan is launching an eatery in Sri Lanka

Many Bollywood celebrities may be busy purchasing new properties for themselves in Mumbai, but trust Jacqueline Fernandez to do things differently. After buying an island off the coast of Sri Lanka, this actress is now looking at launching a restaurant in Colombo.

A source close to the Sri Lankan beauty reveals that the actress will launch the restaurant in Sri Lanka sometime in mid-June. `Despite having a busy schedule, Jacqueline is taking a keen interest in this project. She is also going to design the interiors of the place, as the restaurant will reflect her style and personality.

In fact, many of Sri Lanka's Who's Who are expected to attend the launch,` says the source.


The actress, who is currently dubbing for Salman Khan-starrer Kick, confirms the news. `I have always wanted to open my restaurant, but I could not get down to it in all these years. Now I am excited about finally realising my dreams. I am quite looking forward to the project,` she says.

Previous purchase
In 2012, the actress bought an island off the south coast of her hometown in Sri Lanka. She plans to build a huge villa there.
