That's how thrilled Karan Johar felt when he saw his wonder-kids Varun Dhawan and Aliya Bhatt performing on the alagseason of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Making their first promotional appearance on the Grand Premier episode of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa for Dharma's newest offering - Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania, Varun and Aliya were their chirpiest best! But one man who was delighted the most was their mentor and esteemed jury member of Jhalak, Karan Johar.

Said the master story teller on seeing his prodigies dance on 'Saturday Saturday' the latest party song in town, `I honestly feel like an excited parent. Varun and Aliya started from this stage two years back. We had launched a song here back for SOTY and today again, we're launching a hip party number from our movie Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania here. I need to make a special mention about Siddharth Shukla as well who was spotted on the sets on Jhalak last year and landed straight on the sets of Dharma and today he is all set to debut on Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya! I feel very proud for all three of them.`

Said the besharmi ki height karne wala Varun Dhawan,`I'm so happy to be back on Jhalak and dancing in front of both of my directors - Remo and Karan.`


Said the dashing Siddharth Shukla on making his debut with Dharma productions, `I'm so glad to be back on Jhalak after a year. It feels great to be on this stage where I was spotted by Karan Johar who gave me my first break. Jhalak has been very lucky for me. But having said that Balika Vadhu will always be my first love. That show has been the biggest highpoint of my career. This entire journey from Balika to Jhalak to Humpty and today back on Jhalak has been a dream. It's such a high! If there was one place where I would have loved to promote my first movie, it would have been on Jhalak Dikhhlaa Jaa. And here I am today, back on this stage!`
