The makers of Arjun Kapoor's upcoming film 'Tevar' have constructed a lavish set for a mela sequence in the film.

It took over a week to construct cost and cost a whopper. Producer Sanjay Kapoor, however, does not want to disclose the amount spent and only divulges that spending big moolah was vital to the storyline.
