Going over the top is nothing new for Negar Khan. After her 'VI Menn' and ‘wardrobe malfunction' episodes people have stopped acting surprised about her wild romps but yet they make a pretty picture for sure.

Perhaps that's why certain paparazzi never cease to follow her. And finally, after a long hiatus their luck changed too, when they caught Saahil Khan's ex-wife topless with Italian actor Luigi Casandra.

Walking on a secluded beach in Sardinia, Italy, Negar was completely oblivious to the mischievous photographers who were keeping a strong vigil on her.

When asked about her latest goof up Negar said, "I was shooting recently in Sardinia. I am not sure if the pictures are publicity stills for the movie or from my private life shot by the paparazzi without my permission or knowledge."

Meanwhile, Sahil Khan, Negar's ex-husband feels that the pictures could be a well-timed publicity stunt. "She always had ambitions to do international films. Maybe this is her way of getting global attention," he says.

Negar claims to have several foreign films on hand.

"I am also in talks with a famous Hollywood filmmaker who is keen on casting me in his forthcoming movie," she said.
