That Salman Khan and Aamir Khan are good friends is a known fact. It may be pointed out that Salman had promoted Aamir Khan's 'Dhoom 3' on his reality show 'Bigg Boss 7' by wearing his trademark hat and Aamir too had promoted Salman's film, 'Jai Ho'.
Now if sources are to be believed, the first trailer of Aamir Khan's much-awaited film, 'P.K.', will hit the big screen along with Salman Khan's 'Kick'. Both Khan films, incidentally, are backed by Disney and it is said that this is also why the trailer release has been timed accordingly. Though there's no confirmation yet, a source from the industry says, "Salman recently met Aamir and they decided that P.K.'s trailer will be out with Kick. Both films are backed by Disney."
Directed by Raju Hirani, P.K. is a satire that will have Aamir playing the role of an extraterrestrial creature who finds himself on earth and then dons various avatars to survive here. He will apparently sport peculiar looks in the film. He was earlier photographed wearing a canary yellow helmet, lipstick on his lips, beads around his neck and a ghaghra.
The film also stars Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjay Dutt.
Director Rajkumar Hirani was unavailable for comment.
