Bollywood's alleged couple Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif took off for a getaway to an island off the French coast to celebrate Katrina Kaif's birthday

Katrina Kaif, who turned 31 yesterday, is said to have celebrated her birthday with beau Ranbir Kapoor. The lovebirds flew off to another island from the French island of Corsica where Ranbir is currently shooting for Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha.


A source says, `Katrina is shooting in Prague with Hrithik Roshan for Bang Bang. For her birthday, she was given two days off. She flew into Corsica to be with Ranbir for her big day. Ranbir also took time off from his shoot.`


Adds the source, `Initially there was the buzz that she would spend the day in Corsica with Ranbir. But he had planned a surprise getaway and he brought in her birthday on the night of July 15. Today both the actors are expected to be back at their shoots.`

Katrina and Ranbir remained unavailable for comment.
