"Henceforth, I will not play the second lead in any film. I will think twice before signing as a second lead," she says. "Yes, I am considered to be a lucky mascot by the directors but I feel these films did well because they were made well," she adds.
Was the recent failure of Kyon Ki the reason why Rimi Sen feels that she will not act as the second lead? "Hits and flops are not in our hands. Kyon Ki was a sensible film but I don't know what went wrong. I like director Priyadarshan," she says.
With hits like Hungama and Baghbaan to her credits, Rimi is hoping that Deewane Huye Pagal will also give her due credit. "Life here is unpredictable," she says.
Excitedly she talks about her next venture Deewane Huye Paagal. "It's the story of a down to earth, confident, stylish girl called Natasha and there are four boys who are after her and want to marry her. It's a comedy film," she says.
She has three films in and line, Golmaal starring Ajay Devgan, Tushar Kapoor, Phir Hera Pheri with Akshay Kumar and Shriram Raghavan's Johnny Gaddar opposite Neil Mukesh.
