Since the time Karan Johar announced his most anticipated project Shhuddhi, a lot has been spoken about it especially the film's star cast. While initially it was Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor who were teaming up again after a gap of almost a decade, the film took a backseat as both of them opted out of it citing personal reasons reports Glamsham.com

Though everybody assumed Shhuddhito have almost gotten shelved, the film has got a new lease of life with superstar Salman Khan confirming of doing it. However, the leading lady is yet to be finalized.

Ask Kareena Kapoor, whether has she been yet again approached for the film and she clarifies, "I am not approached for Shhuddhiagain. Karan Johar has got Salman in the film which is I think amazing. It is happening in 2016 and I am already doing Kabir's BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN with Salman. So now back-to-back with him (Salman), I don't think that should happen."

She added further, "And besides for me, Shhuddhi was synonymous with Hrithik Roshan in the film. I mean, the reason I accepted Shhuddhiwas Hrithik. So when he didn't do the film, I decided to opt out of it."

Meanwhile, ask Kareena whether she has seen the teaser of Hrithik's BANG BANG and she concludes, "Haven't seen BANG BANG teaser yet but I am sure it will be amazing. Hrithik is fantastic yaar."
