Bollywood's Humpty Sharma has many fans, but that he himself is a huge fan of Dwayne Johnson came as a surprise for many when he expressed his excitement after watching the action packed movie 'Hercules' at a special screening held for him at Sunny Super Sound Studio, Mumbai. Actors Alia Bhatt, Siddharth Malhotra and Mohit Marwah also accompanied the actor to the screening.

The epic movie starring The Rock as Hercules, Zeus and Achilles released today and Varun Dhawan was left totally impressed after watching it and tweeted about the same: `The Rock, the man is back kicking ass the rock is outstanding!` He was also spotted posing near the Hercules poster imitating the Rock and thanked Viacom18 and Paramount Pictures India for organising the screening for the film.

It is a known fact that actor Varun Dhawan is a huge fan of Dwayne Johnson. In fact, his tattoo in the film 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania' was also inspired by Dwayne Johnson's Tattoo. Speaking about his favourite star the actor said, `Dwayne Johnson is my icon. I look up to him for his dedication towards fitness. He is an amazing actor and I have watched all his movies.`


'The Rock' Dwayne Johnson looks handsome as ever as the courageous Demi God Hercules and had gone all out to fit the character perfectly. Fans are rushing to theatres to watch 'The Rock' on screen.

The movie is based on the graphic novel Hercules: The Thracian Wars. Distributed jointly by Paramount Pictures and MGM, the movie is directed by Brett Ratner. The movie also stars Ian McShane, Reece Ritchie, Ingrid Bolso Berdal, Joseph Fiennes, and John Hurt. The movie released today August 1, 2014.
