PK poster: Obscene or commercialized?
The much talked about Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan's upcoming film PK, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, had just released its poster few hours back when a lawyer moved to the court against the star along a Hindi publishing for promoting `obscenity` in the poster.

According to the reports, Advocate Manoj Kumar has raised finger at the poster of 'PK' in which Aamir is standing nude with an old fashioned tape-recorded just covering his private parts. According to the lawyer the poster is a sheer stimulation of obscenity and promotion of vulgarity. The lawyer was quoted saying `When I received a copy of the newspaper I was shocked with the poster. Newspaper reaches crores of people, including children and the elderly.`

A case has been filed in the court of additional city magistrate VII under section 292 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with obscenity, the hearing for the case has been set on August 7.

But the question is does the poster promote obscenity or is it just another marketing strategy perfectly planned by Mr Perfectionist, as we are sure he would have been well prepared for this before he even released the poster!

PK starring Aamir, Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput is due for release of December 19.
