'Dirty Politics' lands Mallika into legal trouble
First Aamir Khan and now Mallika Sherawat has landed into trouble after the release of her upcoming film 'Dirty Politics' poster, in which the actress has been covering herself with a Tri-Color drap below her waist.

Hyderabad High Court bench consisting of Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and Justice PV Sanjay Kumar issued a notice against all three- Central Board of Film Certification , the Union Home Ministry and Mallika Sherawat. According to the bench the actress has dishonored the national flag of India in the poster.

In the poster we can witness Mallika Sherawat covering herself with a Tri-Color drap, siting on top of a car. T Dhangopal Rao, human rights activist, demanded immediate action against the star, the makers and the censor board for promoting obscenity and bringing disgrace to the national flag.

However, the director, KC Bokadia, of the film 'Dirty Politics' stated that he will not change the poster. Further, the court has demanded a rightful explanation for the use of Tri Color drap in the poster.

The next hearing would be held after six weeks.
