The Bhatt brothers (Mukesh and Mahesh Bhatt) have a taste for good music and they have proved it once again with "Kalyug", which is topping all the music charts.

After churning out hit musicals "Murder" and "Zeher", their new offering "Kalyug" directed by Mohit Suri has whetted music-lovers appetite.

The album opens with the sound track "Jiya dhadak dhadak jaaye" by the inimitable Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. This track has grown on the listeners and has cut across all barriers.

"Aadat" remix has duplicated the same hit formula by having DJ Suketu remixing a track sung by the Pakistani singer Atif who had earlier sung the song "Woh lamhe" in "Zeher".

Anu Malik scores the music of "Dheere dheere" crooned by Alisha Chinoy and "Thi meri dastan" - a duet by Anuradha Paudwal and Indian Idol runner-up Amit Sana. This is Amit's debut song as a playback singer.

In short, "Kalyug" is a wholesome album from the team of Saregama and Vishesh Entertainment.
