The release of Saif Ali Khan and Ileana D'Cruz's HAPPY ENDING has been changed yet again. Earlier the film was slated to release on December 5 which then got preponed to November 28, 2014. However, now the makers have decided to arrive on November 21, 2014.

Happy Ending is directed by director duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, who gave films like 99, SHOR IN THE CITY, GO GOA GONE. The film also has special appearances by actresses Preity Zinta and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Happy Ending is jointly produced by Saif Ali Khan and Dinesh Vijan's Illuminati Films and Eros International.
