Singer Mohit Chauhan hardly needs any introduction. Mohit is gifted with a mellifluous voice that perfectly expresses intense human emotions. His voice grips the soul and makes it fly. Now, Mohit Chauhan has just produced his solo number 'Aisee Waisee Dosti Nahin, yeh number one yaari hai' for the short film on the spirit of brotherhood called '#No1 Yaari'.

This '#No1 Yaari' a 7 minute short film will be releasing just before Diwali. Whether it's the chartbuster 'Dooba Dooba' from his debut album 'Boondein', intense 'Khoon Chala' from 'Rang De Basanti', or 'Pehli Baar Mohabbat' from 'Kaminey' or the entire album of Rockstar, Mohit Chauhan has swayed an entire generation to his tunes.


The music of 'Aisee Waisee Dosti Nahin, yeh number one yaari hai' has been scored by Rajeev Bhalla. A personal tribute to his band of brothers at Silk Route and others who became his best buddies, Mohit's new solo will echo the nostalgia and emotions rendered through his voice. The lyrics of the song are written by Sonal Dabral, Executive Creative Director of DDB Mudra and an erstwhile actor from Shahrukh Khan's debut TV serial, Fauji.
