The unit of Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 'Roy', which was shooting in Malaysia, is said to have packed up earlier than scheduled due to unfavourable weather conditions in that country. A few scenes, which were to be shot on the beaches, had to be cancelled.
The film was shot in Malaysia for 20 days before weather played spoilsport. The cast and crew returned to Mumbai around 10 days ago and the production team now looking for some locations within the city to wrap up the shoot. A source says, "The film's shoot is almost over but due to bad weather conditions we couldn't shoot romantic sequences of Ranbir Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez on the beach. It was raining heavily and we decided to film the scenes in the city itself. We are yet to zero in on the locations."
Director Vikramjit Singh confirmed the story and said, "We have very few days of shoot remaining which we will complete in Mumbai."
Sources said some portions of a romantic song are also to be filmed here. Ranbir had squeezed time between the schedules of Tamasha and Jagga Jasoos to finish work on Roy.
