Its a spacious house and Sidharth has been staying here for about two years now. However the property is a rented one and currently Sidharth is keen to buy a house of his own.
Sidharth has been on the look out for a house since couple of months. Infact post Ek Villian he had some time on hand while he was getting into shape for Brothers and he used this time bracket to meet realtors and look at properties.
He quite likes the location of his rented apartment and hence is looking for something in and around Bandra. Being a Delhi boy he has found his roots in Mumbai and buying a property here is a big deal.
Sidharth also bought himself a Mercedes after the success of Ek Villain.
