Director Ketan Mehta is all excited about his most-anticipated release with Rang Rasiya out in the theatres. The movie had been greatly appreciated at its screening last night. The event was attended by the who's who of Bollywood where the director personally greeted the media and critics alike.

The movie that talks about love art and freedom has been extremely well received by the critics & audiences alike.

Bollywood's glitterati have been more than welcoming on Ketan Mehta's latest work. Renowned Radio Jockey, Jeeturaaj who has seen the movie voiced his support for Rang Rasiya. The RJ who is also a well known movie critic, in his review said "An awesome presentation of a colourful history page in a classic style''.

Director Mahesh Bhatt who is one of B-towns most voiced critics, used social network to voice his support. The director tweeted "Ketan's Rang Rasiya takes on the forces which try to cage the human spirit. A masterpiece @RandeepHooda @nandanadevsen @ketanmaya"

Member of Parliament Shashi Tharoor also took to social network and complimented the movie saying "Just saw Rang Rasiya. Beautiful, very well -written & made, exquisitely shot, w/superlative performance by @nandanadevsen. Raises vital qsns".

Hindustan times also reviewed the movie "The Randeep Hooda-starrer is much more than a period film". Bollywood Hungama was quoted as saying "RANG RASIYA is for the artistic and creative people who believe in freedom of expression"


NDTV movies also praised the film saying "Rang Rasiya is as good a film as any you have, or will, see this year. Strongly recommended"

The movie is a visual treat for art and movie lovers and gives a glimpse in to the life of the 19th century India painter. With rave reviews like this Ketan Mehta must be a really happy man. 'Rang Rasiya' is in theatres now, go on & watch it for an eye-opening few hours!
