With the awards season soon setting in, one would expect dancing on stage offers to land at Shahid Kapoor's doorsteps.

But instead, Kapoor was recently asked to perform his now famous 'Haider' monologue on stage at an upcoming event. The organisers of the awards event were keen that Shahid fit in the monologue in a 10-12 minute long skit.

Last heard Shahid seemed reluctant to do it as it might get emotionally draining for him. Shaking a leg would come much easier to him.
