Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has reached a new milestone on micro-blogging site Twitter with more than eight million followers.

The 32-year-old star, who joined Twitter in 2009 as PC Maniacs, said she is overwhelmed by the response of her 8,012,103 fans.

"I get so overwhelmed by the love you all give me... Consistently, despite of my frailties. Thank you for the eight million PC maniacs. You are my strength," Priyanka posted on Twitter.

The 'Mary Kom' star has been quite active on social networking sites and often keeps sharing about her whereabouts. She has 15,394,795 followers on her facebook fan page.


Priyanka will be next seen in Zoya Akhtar's dysfunctional family drama 'Dil Dhadakne Do'. The shooting of the film has been completed and it will release on June 5 next year.
