Renowned Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpai today said that films hold a mirror to the society other than providing entertainment.

Bajpai, who was in the city along with co-actors Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha, to promote his upcoming film 'Tevar', said, "Films mirror the society, but our job is also to entertain. If people want to see only politics, they can watch Lok Sabha TV."

Asked about the recent incident in which starlet Gauhar Khan was slapped by a member of audience during a reality show shoot in Mumbai, Bajpai said, "No man has the right to question the way a woman dresses. Slapping a woman crosses all boundaries. Such people should be punished severely."

Speaking on the occasion, Sonakshi said, "All my roles have been dream roles. I want to play various characters...I would like to make a remake of 'Khoon Bhari Maang', which features my father. I like Rekha's character in the film."
