Actress Malaika Arora Khan, who will be seen doing a special song in "Dolly Ki Doli", says she hates the debates on item numbers.

Asked about her reaction on politicians making remarks against item numbers, she said: "I think it's ridiculous and I hate these debates. It's a song at the end of the day."

"I don't understand why there is so much fuss about it. Why can't we look at it like entertainment. Indian films are all about song and dance," she added.

Directed by Abhishek Dogra,"Dolly Ki Doli" features Sonam Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao among others.

Malaika, who will be seen dancing with Rajkummar Rao in the song in the film, says she was surprised by his dance moves.

"For me, the surprise factor was Rajkummar because I had no clue that he could dance so well. I had a great time dancing with him. I am glad the feedback has been great. It's a really fun and catchy song," she said.
