Amitabh`s family visits Sandipani ashram

Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, his wife Jaya Bachchan and son Abhishek today visited the famous Sandipani Vidyaniketan ashram at the newly-constructed Sir Hari temple, near here.

The Bachchans spent about an hour at the ashram and said it was a wonderful experience to visit such a beautiful and peaceful religious place.

Last week, Vice-President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat had inaugurated the Sri Hari Mandir at the ashram, spread on 85-acre land.

The Bachchan family viewed the idols of Lakshmi-Narayan, Radha-Krishna and offered prayers at Shri Ram Durbar, Shri Ambe and Shiva Darbar under five shikhars and before idols of Lord Ganesha and Hanuman.
