Saiyami Kher, who will be seen making her big debut opposite Harshvardhan Kapoor in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's upcoming love story, Mirziya, had a tough weekend.

The entire team, who is currently shooting in Udaipur, had a water sequence to shoot for with the lead actress Saiyami Kher.

The temperature there had dropped to 4 degrees and there was an intense cold wave in the area where they were shooting.

In such severe cold, Saiyami Kher has shot for a water sequence from 10 pm to 3 am. It was extremely challenging for the team to shoot in such temperatures and more so for Saiyami as she was in water.

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra was worried about her but she convinced her director that she will be able to pull it off.

It was initially very tough but Saiyami's dedication helped them all to shoot the sequence.

When contacted, director Rakeysh Mehra confirmed the news, adding " Given the temperature, it was an extremely challenging shoot. But Saiyami is very hardworking and dedicated. After shooting all night in those conditions, she has become an inspiration for the entire crew."

Mirziya is Rakeysh Mehra's next project after the super successful, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. It is for the first time, the director is making a love story.

Mirziya seems to be the biggest launch vehicle for debutants Saiyami Kher and Harshvardhan Kapoor.
