Varun's energy levels inspire Nawazuddin

Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who, for the first time is working with young actor Varun Dhawan in "Badlapur", says the latter's energy is a source of inspiration for him.

"I had a great experience working with Varun. He is a bundle of energy that inspires me," Nawazuddin said here on the sets of the TV show "Savdhaan India - India Fights Back".

The intense revenge drama, directed by Sriram Raghavan, features Nawazuddin in a negative role.


He feels "thankful" as he has got to work with Raghavan, whom he calls "one of the brilliant directors of the country".

"I always wanted to work with him and I thank god that I got to work with him in a wonderful script like 'Badlapur'," he added.

Also starring Huma Qureshi, "Badlapur" will hit the theatres Feb 20.
