"Need abs, so logging in everything I eat! I've lost 3 kg in 5wks. Healthy food &1 intense workout every other day," Nargis posted on Twitter along with a snapshot of a log, describing her food intake.
According to the log, she has been consuming just above 300 calories each during breakfast and lunch. Her food includes Yellowfin Tuna Steak in Springwater, organic beetroot, raw onions, boiled egg and honey mustard mayonnaise.
The actress, who forayed into Bollywood with "Rockstar", has also featured in movies like "Madras Cafe", "Phata Poster Nikhla Hero" and "Main Tera Hero". She has also grooved to numbers like "Yaar na miley" and "Dhating naach".
