Singers Arijit Singh, Mika and Shankar Mahadevan paid a unique tribute to Kalyanji-Anandji at an awards ceremony here.

At The Hugama Studio, a specially designed area at the venue of the Global Indian Music Academy (GiMA) Awards 2015, the celebrities performed the composer-duos hit numbers in their own individual style.

Names like Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Shankar Mahadevan, Ankit Tiwari, Arijit, Pritam, Mika Singh and Shraddha Kapoor relived the duo's songs, including evergreen hits like "Laila O laila", "Pal pal dil ke paas" and "Har kisi ko nahin milta".


Commenting on the initiative, Siddhartha Roy, CEO, Hungama.com, said in a statement: "We created the Hungama Studio to celebrate one of India's best music composers and were glad to the see the enthusiasm of today's celebrities towards the timeless music of Kalyanji-Anandji."

GiMA Awards 2015 are scheduled to be telecast on Star Plus on Sunday.
