People gasped in shock as Sona tumbled down a step at a fashion show some time ago. She got up and continued walking with a smile on her face. In a separate incident while walking the ramp with her 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara' (2013) co-star Akshay Kumar, the ends of her rather long and heavy kurta kept coming in the way. Her chivalrous co-star played the role of 'knight in shining armour' by not only making the situation slightly funny, but also pretending to trip on the ramp himself.

Wearing a sari can be dicey, more so when you have to walk under the spotlight. Dhillon had a rather embarrassing moment when her sari got stuck in her heels making her fall face-ward while walking the ramp in May last year. Despite losing her balance and falling none so subtly, the veteran actress regained her poise and completed her walk.

The actress, who is often touted as a style diva, may have walked the ramp in her 2008 movie 'Fashion' with elan, but she struggled her way down the ramp in real life in a floor sweeping dress. Such was her discomfort, that she stopped in the middle of the runway to manage her gown.

As the showstopper for Neeta Lulla's fashion show in 2010, the veteran actress tripped about three times while sashaying down the runway. Every time she'd re-compose herself and inch forward, the dress would gather under her feet again making it almost impossible for her to walk at ease. Though she managed to complete her show-stopping act without a full-blown fall, the signs of nervousness were quite evident.

Trust this Bong beauty to handle any public appearance with elegance. During a jewellery week in 2012, when the ends of her gown got stuck in her heels, almost making her trip, the former Miss Universe took but a few seconds to beckon her mother on stage, ask her for help with her dress, hug her and continue walking as if nothing happened.
Varun Dhawan
During the first of his three acts at an awards function last year, Varun made a striking entry sitting atop a tank, but while he was getting down, he took a tumble and fell, apparently also injuring his foot. The actor didn't take more than a few seconds before immediately getting up and dancing to a track from his last release.
