Zoya Akhtar has been flooded with requests from people who have been keen to watch the trailer of her upcoming film Dil Dhadakne Do.

However before releasing the trailer at large, Zoya decided to show the trailer to some of her close friends to get firsthand feedback from them.

Zoya will be hosting a small get together along with Farhan Akhtar today.

However, this will only be the beginning...

Anil Kapoor and Ritesh Sidhwani will also be hosting get togethers at home in the subsequent days to show the trailer of the film to close friends and family.

They have been in discussion about these parties for the last two weeks and are very excited about it.

The next party will hosted by Anil Kapoor, the head of the Mehra family, at his house. He will host the party jointly with Ranveer Singh.


There will also be a party held at Ritesh Sidhwani's residence later this week.

The trailer will be out on 15th April.

While they are hosting a series of parties, there is a lot of speculation whether the film will have an official trailer launch event or not, as Dil Dhadakne Do is one of the biggest releases of 2015.

Dil Dhadakne Do is about a dysfunctional Punjabi family on a cruise trip across the Mediterranean.

The highly anticipated film is slated for release on 5th June.
