A source says, "This particular brand wanted a fresh-faced actress for their campaign. Though they had approached a few glam girls, they had zeroed in on two actresses who often behave like BFFs for the cameras. The unconventional one is known to speak her mind and had shown interest in the offer. Later, the company official met her contemporary and felt her typical Indian woman personality will suit their brand."
When the team of brand officials mentioned that they had also spoken to the unconventional actress, they were surprised to hear this heroine speak ill of her.
