The Core Narrative: After arresting senior syndicate leader Ghali Abu Dawood (played by Karim Abdel Aziz), Khalid is forced to team up with his prisoner one year later when the global crime network "7 Dogs" resurfaces to traffic a lethal new synthetic drug across the Middle East.
