'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' Global Box Office Projections!
Tom Holland's fourth standalone web-slinging adventure, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, is tracking toward one of the biggest opening weekends in cinematic history. Driven by strong pre-sales and a 90%+ "Certified Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes, trade forecasts place the film on course to challenge several all-time records.

Global & Regional Opening Projections

Global Opening Weekend: Projections range from $465 million to $827 million globally, with bullish trade portals positioning it to challenge Spider-Man: No Way Home ($600.5 million) as Sony’s second-largest global debut of all time behind Avengers: Endgame ($1.226 billion).

Domestic (North America): Early tracking estimates a domestic opening frame between $195 million and $307 million. If it hits the upper range, it will displace Spider-Man: No Way Home ($260 million) to post the second-highest domestic opening of all time.

China: Tracking forecasts a debut of $150 million, making it one of the strongest non-Chinese film openings in the territory since 2019.

Lifetime Box Office Outlook

With three Hollywood titles having already crossed $1 billion globally in 2026 (The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, Michael, and Toy Story 5) and Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey on track to join them, analysts project Spider-Man: Brand New Day to comfortably clear the $1 billion milestone, with long-term potential reaching toward $1.8B to $2.1B depending on theatrical legs.
