The makers of Soorma have released new dialogue promos of the sports film unveiling the various facades of Sandeep Singh's life.

The snippets showcase various aspects of the legendary sports personality's life giving insights into his inspiring story.

Ever since the trailer launch there has been immense anticipation amongst the audience to witness the story of India's ex Hockey captain Sandeep Singh.

The first promo shows Diljit's chemistry with Taapsee Pannu, the time when he first meets her and decicdes to play hockey.
The second dailogue promo shows how Sandeep became a expert in his drag flick while practising Hockey at the fields while taking care of the crops, and his brother Bikram played which is played by Angad Bedi makes him realise that the shots which he is playing while taking care of the field is drag flick

The thrid video is definetly emotional but at the same time it is inspirational as we see how Sandeep Singh's life changed after getting shot by the bullet. How the girl whom he loves leaves him and his life changes from there.

The next video shows how the medal wining match was actually between Sandeep Singh and Pakistan!



The last video is the the delightful love story and the chemistry between Diljit Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu, where we can clearly see that Diljit had joined Hockey for the girl whom he loves, played by Taapsee Pannu.



Soorma is a story inspired by a real story and director Shaad Ali has tried to keep it as real as possible.

The film has been shot in his hometown Shahabad to capture the real essence of his struggle and the journey to become the hockey legend.

The trailer of the film had garnered immense appreciation from across the audience. It is an inspiring true story of the human spirit, about a player, who made headlines for his miraculous comeback after an unfortunate accident.

It is a lesser known fact that, Sandeep Singh has been hailed as one of the world' most dangerous drag-flickers of all time with drag speeds of over 145 km/hr which led to his nickname, 'Flicker Singh'.

Sandeep Singh's inspiring story has had the makers keen to bring his life on the silver screen.

Soorma will feature Diljit Dosanjh essaying the role of Sandeep Singh alongside Taapsee Pannu and Angad Bedi in the pivotal roles.

Produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions, Chitrangda Singh, and Deepak Singh, Soorma is written & directed by Shaad Ali and is slated to release on 13th July, 2018.
