Actors Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are teaming up as executive producers for a futuristic spy thriller TV series called `Incorporated`.

The duo are making the series via their Pearl Street Films for Syfy network. The drama will be set in a world where corporations have unlimited power and will delve into a story of one man's efforts to beat the system, reports hollywoodreporter.com.

`Incorporated` will mark their production company's first scripted cable project.

However, this is not the first TV series on their slate. Last year, executives at Fox had decided to shoot a pilot episode for a drama called `The Middle Man`, which was to be directed by Affleck. But now the studio bosses have decided to delay the project in order to accommodate his upcoming movie `Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice` shooting schedule.
