Model-actress Cara Delevingne says she is not passionate about modelling and prefers acting instead.

The 22-year-old is among the most sought after faces in the fashion industry, having fronted campaigns for several high-profile brands. But she has revealed she has always been more enthusiastic about acting, reports people.com.

`I've always wanted to be an actress, more than anything in the world,` Delevingne said.

Despite her enviable catwalk career, Delevingne confessed the job of a model fails to ignite her "fire".

`Modelling was never a passion of mine. It wasn't something that made my heart beat and built a fire inside of me,` she said.

Delevingne has starred in films like `Anna Karenina`, `Kids in Love` and `Pan`. She will next be seen in `Suicide Squad`.
